Yesmien’s Basaar Mix

This recipe is basically a Kashmiri Spice Mix (something like a Garam Masala or Curry Powder)
It has 10 ingredients:
1/8 tsp Asafoetida, ground
- 50 g Chilli, hot powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Coriander, ground
Baking & spices
- 1 tbsp Fenugreek, dried leaves
- 3/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds, ground
- 1 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 25 g Paprika
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- Oils & vinegars
- 4 tsp Mustard oil
Nuts & seeds- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin, ground
